If the game depends on third party mods to make it good- and it seems that it does- then it fails as a game. Maybe if you got the game and all its DLC for ten bucks or less, but I wouldn't play the game without the DLC, and I wouldn't pay more than ten dollars for the lot, if I had it to do over. Would not recommend that anyone buy this. The only reason I can imagine that anyone might keep playing is the mods I understand there are a LOT of mods for this thing. This is basic, plain as day, absolutely required for survival mode and this game makes you build a veritable industrial madhouse in order to replace what should be your basic first-thing-you-ever-built survival item. Imagine not being able to build a bedroll in 7 days to die. Imagine not being able to build a bed in Minecraft until you'd already slapped out the ender dragon. You will not be able to build another respawn point until you've got the max-tier refinery and assembler. You wont be able to build another survival kit (or medbay, the alternate respawn point) of your own until you've built the tier 3 refinery and the tier 3 assembler. Imagine that the survival kit is your tier 1 refinery/manufactory. You'll have to set your game options to start you off with a "survival kit"- an all-in-one materials manufacturing unit, ore refinery, health dispenser, space suit recharger, and most importantly, RESPAWN POINT. I don't know what thought was put into the wolves, but it had to have been chemically assisted.Īs a survival game, it's garbage. And when you kill them- wolves, bleedy wolves made of meat, which make the stock dog-yelp sound and splash red when you shoot them to death- when you kill them, and the corpse doesn't yeet itself into the next county? You can loot it for valuable power cells, steel plates, motors, or computer hardware! Space Engineers - DELUXE EDITIONThe Deluxe Edition includes the standard Space Engineers game, an exclusive & quot Golden& quot skin set for your character and tools, the first Space Engineers build from 2013, all tracks from the original soundtrack, over 200 unpublished digital concept images and never seen videos and a special badgeSpecial OfferOwners of Medieval Engineers will also. They look like the worst animated asset flip animal I've ever seen. Shoot a wolf, it'll go stiff immediately and/or occasionally fly off into the sun or through the ground. I've got however many hours of play time up there ^^^ and I have not yet managed to build a space ship to go into space, in a game called SPACE ENGINEERS. ![]() Why? Don't know, it apparently exploded when I wasn't looking at it. Walked away from a rover, came back to a crater. I've had parts sink through the ground, debris roll uphill, watched boulders roll endlessly across a flat earthen plain. Rovers flip over at the slightest provocation, sometimes doing cartwheels and then exploding, for no reason (I applied the brakes while going 30m/s, flipped end over end twice and the rover broke in half). The price is $20, but there's $50 of DLC that you'll constantly be reminded you can't build any time you look at your menu. This game has over 100K reviews, but only 7% of players have the achievement for playing over 150 hours.
